Partners & Ecosystem
Who we build with
We build the best digital BSS we can ourselves, and integrate with proven partners for the rest of the stack. The point isn’t to do everything; it’s to do the BSS well, and not pretend on the parts we don’t.
An ecosystem approach
The telecoms stack is wide. No single vendor delivers every component at the level a serious operator needs. fullCIRCLE was designed around that constraint from day one: open APIs, standards-based integration, and a modular architecture where partner interoperability is wired in, not bolted on.
The philosophy is simple. Build the best digital BSS we can ourselves; integrate with proven partners for the rest. Network equipment, cloud infrastructure, payment gateways, identity verification, print and bill delivery: specialist-built, orchestrated through fullCIRCLE’s integration service bus.
Technology partners
We integrate deeply with the technology providers that operator deployments actually run on in emerging markets.
Infrastructure and cloud
- Compute and virtualisation partnerships so fullCIRCLE deploys on the hardware and cloud platforms our customers already operate, from on-premise bare metal to private and public cloud.
- Database partnerships with enterprise-grade providers for the high-availability, partitioned, and replicated data stores that handle operator-scale volumes.
- Container orchestration capabilities supporting modern deployment patterns including Kubernetes-based microservices architectures.
Network and integration
- Network equipment integrations with leading vendors for mediation, provisioning, and activation across FTTx, LTE, and 5G network elements.
- Payment gateway integrations supporting mobile money, credit card, direct debit, EFT, and point-of-sale transactions across multiple geographies.
- Credit bureau and identity verification integrations for regulatory compliance (RICA in South Africa, and the equivalent regimes in the other markets we work in).
- Print and bill delivery integrations for physical invoice distribution where regulation or customer preference still requires it.
AI and analytics
- Large language model integrations for customer-facing chatbot automation and agent-assisted operations.
- Analytics and business intelligence partnerships for reporting, dashboards, and predictive analytics.
Systems integration partners
Multi-vendor deployments need experienced systems integrators alongside us: local-market knowledge, project-management discipline, and additional technical capacity. We work with the SIs who already know the operating realities of the markets we’re in.
SI partnerships matter most for:
- Large-scale operator transformations where the scope extends beyond BSS into network, IT infrastructure, and organisational change.
- Multi-country rollouts where local regulatory knowledge and on-the-ground teams are essential.
- Government and public-sector projects with specific compliance and procurement requirements.
Channel partners
TAUSPACE enables channel partners — particularly those serving ISPs, WISPs, and smaller operators in emerging markets — to offer fullCIRCLE as part of their managed service portfolio.
- White-label capability. Partners can offer fullCIRCLE under their own brand with customised portals and interfaces.
- Multi-tenancy. A single platform instance can serve multiple end-customers, each with isolated data, branding, and configuration.
- Revenue sharing. Flexible commercial models support partner economics, from resale to managed service to revenue share.
Open by design
fullCIRCLE is built on open standards. The RESTful and SOAP APIs are documented, versioned, and designed for third-party consumption. Partner systems connect through the API Gateway with role-based access controls, rate limiting, and audit logging built in.
Openness here isn’t a feature, it’s a position. Customers shouldn’t be locked into a single-vendor ecosystem; if a better component for any part of the stack emerges, the integration should be straightforward — and we’ll do the work to make it so.
Let’s talk about how it would actually work.
