Enthusiasm. Excitement. Living life on the cutting edge of technology. Starting a great company with limitless potential. We love what we do; we love coming to work in the morning. At the same time, we recognize that we work to live; we’re here for our families and loved ones, driving the business to be profitable, smart, dynamic, and robust. It’s just that we’re glad we have this job. We know that the job market is good right now; we could be elsewhere if we wanted to. We don’t.
what we need …
Like minded people. We need smart, reliable people. We need positive people who can think outside the box, who can develop good approaches to problems, and who can provide innovative solutions. We need people who are great communicators, and who can temper their technological genius with an understanding of how people work, and why our customers are in business. We need people who understand the importance and necessity of teamwork, but are equally comfortable tackling projects individually.
Our clients rely on our advice and solutions. We never let them down, so we need competence and the ability to execute: the sheer ability to simply Get It Done. We need employees who, through enthusiasm, intelligence, teamwork, and persistence can deliver the highest-quality results.
you’d hate it here if …
You enjoy doing the exact same job repeatedly, day-in, day-out. Stretching your mind and experiences is simply too uncomfortable. Versatility and you have long parted ways. Your sense of personal space feels complete only when framed by the fractured landscape of cubicles. Your sense of being and identity is derived primarily from domination by pointy-haired bosses who only occasionally remember your name. You prefer the safety of obscurity of being one of thousands of a corporate heavy weight. Being accountable, being honest, and having personal integrity never was your strong suit.

We’re a company interested in succeeding with you. Seriously. We want each and every member of our team to be an integral part of our success. Our company success should drive individual success and vice versa.
We need the inquisitiveness and occasional sheer obstinacy of inspired minds to propel us to new heights. We also believe that experience, vision, wisdom and prudence are absolutely necessary to the long term success of our company.
